I am a 59 years young spanish women who work in the telecommunications industries for 32 yrs,who retired in February of 2009 to find out that I have to go back to work because I dont have enough money to pay my mortage,utilities,etc. I been looking for a minority bissiness grant to start my own bussiness. Ill been looking but every agency I find wants to charge just to send me info. Well I dont have money to spend like that. I know the grants are there can anybody help please? I will be very apreciative for that help. Im desesperado right now.Thank you in advance.
